Clinical Dietitians & Nutrition Consultants offers an approach to lifestyle change and weight management that encompasses five main points:
 
“Wholistic”
Kantor takes into consideration the physical, emotional, and psychological aspect of health – the whole being into account, both mind and body.
 
Integrative
Understanding the biological, psychological, spiritual and social facets of food and eating behaviors enables Kantor to offer nutrition for the body, mind, and soul.
 
Practical
Kantor takes the science of nutrition and translates that into practical applications for everyday living.  Then she adds a Tablespoon of humor, ½ cup of compassion, and 1/3 cup of passion, creating sessions that are fun and interactive. 
 
Behavioral
Through various psychological strategies, skills, and techniques for successful behavior change, women will develop new ways to cope with emotional eating and their daily stressors.   The focus on self- management sets apart the behavioral approach from other weight management programs. 
 
Personal
Kantor listens attentively and compassionately.  She understands the challenges of women, enabling her to facilitate change more effectively.
