  • 2003 - Research for Capsugel division of Pfizer provided description of efficacy for specific supplements which address conditions such as, women’s health, weight management, and heart health. I have developed platform strategies as well.
  • 2004 - Pacific Market Research, LLC --participated in a survey with Pacific Market Research on behalf of Hemispheres regarding the awareness of the health benefits of certain foods.
  • 2005 - Weinman/ Schnee, Inc --interviewed on the subject of Amino Acids - study Research
  • 2006 - Strata Research: participated in an online study concerning healthcare-specific product information.
  • 2006 - Med Probe: participated in a teleconference study for dietitians regarding fiber recommendations and perceptions.

PR Agencies, marketing, and Wellness events:

  • 2002 - "Beauty starts from within us"- Aveda environmental lifestyle store- discussed healthy lifestyle and good nutrition. Promoting their intelligent nutrients at the stores.
  • 2003 - VantagePoint project for Pfizer
  • 2004 - Hosted and conducted the National women health week (May 9-15 2004). Provided preventative information to women in our community. Supported the Office of Women's Health in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
  • 2004 - Javelin, Inc. Helped to kick-off the Discovery Health Channel National Body Challenge by providing nutritional advice to the thousands of challengers who weighed-in for the event on January10, 2004. I was South Carolina dietitian for the event.
  • 2004 - Wellness promotion chairmen of the Relay for Life event- provided nutrition information to prevent cancer. On site dietitian for the event. 12 hour event focusing on cancer awareness and prevention.
